What I Cook for Dinner, A Comprehensive List

These are the things I cooked in 2009.  I noticed there are a few of my older recipes that I didn’t make this year.  It’s weird to think that I made dinner for a whole year and didn’t make Mexican Chicken casserole once.

Please don’t laugh at my lack of creativity when it comes to side dishes.  I usually make one starch and one green veggie depending on what goes well and what’s in season.

Which recipe would you like me to post next?

    • Salmon it is then. The Honey Pecan Chicken I posted in December. I cooked it only on the stove, but I thinkit should be finished in the oven to cook through withoutburning the crust. www.theladyathome.wordpress.com Small Town America, one day at a time
