1/3 C Lemon Juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano (rubbed)
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 C water
1/4 C white wine (opt.)
Combine all above ingredients.
Sprinkle salt on boneless skinless chicken. Brown chicken in about 2Tbs. oil over med-high heat (approx. 4 minutes each side).
Add sauce, cover. Cook until cooked through. Remove chicken to serving dish. Reduce sauce about 1 minute. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
