1 lb. Ground Beef
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp ground thyme.
1 tsp minced dried onions (opt.)
1/4 C bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients and roll into bite sized balls. Brown in oil over med-high heat. Remove from pan.
Add 2-3 Tbsp flour to oil and whisk to combine
Dash of each of previous spices–(except onions)
Stir in 1 C milk and 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar. Continue stirring until sauce just begins to thicken. Pour over meatballs.
